Lead Care Pros help create stability for clients, families, and fellow Care Professionals by supporting Starts of Care, caregiver transitions, and high-quality client experiences — while continuing to provide hands-on care. If you are dependable, adaptable, encouraging, and passionate about excellent care, we would love to meet you. What You’ll Do * Provide exceptional non-medical care and companionship * Support new client Starts of Care * Help stabilize higher-need client situations * Assist with caregiver transitions and shadow shifts * Mentor and support fellow Care Professionals * Communicate with Scheduling, HR, and Client Care teams * Build strong relationships with clients and families * Maintain accurate documentation and professionalism What We’re Looking For * 2+ years of caregiving experience preferred * Dementia/Alzheimer’s experience preferred * Strong communication and leadership skills * Dependable, professional, and solutions-focused * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Why Home Instead?
