Description

We are looking for a Lead caregiver to help "lead" care at a wonderful Independent Living! This roll cares for client Mon- Fri approx 6am-noon and serves as back up for call outs. This role also will serve as a first point of contact for clients and families once they have joined our services. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide reliable patient care Scheduling client care with assistance of Care Supervisor Assisting with caregiver onboarding, training Assure care is consistent accross shifts Ensure documentation is timely and accurate Fill in when office is unable to find other fill in staff Participate in staff meetings, department meetings, team meetings, briefings, in-services, committees and other related activities as needed Create and maintain a professional atmosphere that is also a fun place to work QUALIFICATIONS Minimum age requirement of 18 High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of related experience. Healthcare experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Professional telephone étiquette Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask WHY JOIN THE INDUSTRY?
