Advancement opportunities are available quickly for those that prove themselves to be a strong leader! Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Perform various home repair and remodel jobs. Some light commercial work. Lead the on-site team to deliver excellent quality of work and customer services. Run jobsite and problem solve to ensure jobs run on time, on budget. Lead and coach other team members to grow with the company. Effectively communicate among field, office, vendors and customers so all are on the same page. Lead/Assist in managing job materials, tasks and daily work schedule. Maintain a clean and safe job site, company shop and vehicles. Assist in estimating and other business tasks as needed. Work with management, operations, sales and office teams to achieve team and company goals. REQUIREMENTS: 7 to 10+ years experience in residential construction, home improvement & remodeling industries. Advanced skills in various trades: carpentry (rough, finish/trim), drywall, painting, flooring, tile, light plumbing and electrical. (Siding, roofing, deck, and fence skills are a plus). Knowledgeable about residential or commercial construction principle, processes and materials. Successful in high performance and fast paced teams. Professional and excellent work ethic. Highly dependable. Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills. Proven result in leading a highly effective team to achieve company goals. Detail oriented, result driven and a good problem solver. Ability to work with mobile app to manage daily jobs.
