Responsibilities:
Oversee, lead and teach 4-to-5-person crew with varying skill levels
Projects span from framing to finishing. Experience with custom home building would be an asset.
Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications
Needs to be able to communicate with sub-trades and project owners effectively.
Identify and address safety concerns
Maintain project site, tools and equipment
Must-haves:
