Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Renovation Lead to oversee and execute a wide variety of home renovation projects. This role requires a professional who is skilled, motivated, and takes pride in delivering outstanding craftsmanship. As a leader, you will guide our crews, ensure projects are completed on schedule, and maintain the high standards our clients expect.

Types of Projects

• Deck, fence, and shed construction & restoration
• Basement, kitchen, and bathroom renovations
• Interior & exterior painting
• Framing, drywall (repair, installation, taping, mudding), and flooring

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on renovation experience (mandatory)
• Proven expertise in deck, fence, and shed construction (mandatory)
• Skilled in painting, framing, drywall, and flooring (mandatory)
• Must have personal tools and equipment
• Valid G2 or G Driver’s License + full-time access to a vehicle
• Clean criminal record check
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship
• Positive attitude, excellent communication, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of safe work practices and confidence working at heights

Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
