As our Crew Leader, you’ll be the backbone of our on-site operations, guiding your team to successfully complete a wide range of home renovation projects. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceeding client expectations.

• Lead and supervise a renovation crew, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Interpret blueprints and plans, accurately laying out tasks and delegating responsibilities.
• Perform and oversee all aspects of residential renovations, including:
• Framing (wood and metal)
• Drywall installation and finishing
• Window and door installation
• Exterior siding installation
• Interior trim and molding installation
• Complete kitchen and bathroom renovations
• Maintain a safe and organized worksite, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions on-site.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets our high standards.
• Mentor and train junior crew members.
