With our current Lead Installer of 7 years returning to school, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team and help continue our legacy of excellence.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Ceramic Coating & Paint Protection Film (PPF)/Tint Installer who can step into a leadership role from day one. This is not an entry-level position — you will be expected to bring advanced technical skills, manage and mentor junior technicians, and take charge of shop operations when the owner is away.
The right candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment, values craftsmanship, and can uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in PPF, ceramic coating, and window tint installation.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage workflow.
  • Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with XPEL products (an asset but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.
  • Must live in the Red Deer Area
