Here is what you will be doing
As the Lead, Change Management and Adoption, you will drive the strategic development and execution of initiatives that support the adoption of Ontario Health’s digital and virtual services. You will also provide senior-level leadership on projects related to Data for Connected Health (DCH), contributing to strategic planning and high-impact deliverables.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to leadership within Digital Excellence in Health (DxH) and across Ontario Health, collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and clinical and administrative stakeholders to advance business priorities.
