EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a small team effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • A passion for locally sourced ingredients and creating dishes from scratch.
