This role combines technical leadership, team mentoring, and client engagement within a globally connected consulting environment. What You'll Do * Lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, technical standards, and project objectives. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and designers, fostering technical excellence and capability development across the team. * Manage and oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver integrated engineering solutions. * Lead project and contract activities, including design coordination, client liaison, and stakeholder engagement. * Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering design processes, digital delivery, and project execution methodologies. * Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, codes, and regulatory requirements. * Support business development activities through proposals, tenders, technical submissions, and client relationship management. What You Will Bring to the Team * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. * 10+ years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects, with demonstrated experience in design delivery, project leadership, and technical oversight. * Strong civil engineering design background across infrastructure sectors including Transport, Land Development, Water, Energy, Dams and Tailings.. * Demonstrated experience in leading design reviews, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. * Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across local and global teams. * Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers and designers while contributing to team growth and capability building.
