Job Description 1. Construction & Site Execution Support Lead civil and structural construction activities in offshore. Oversee site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Coordinate with marine construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors. Resolve site technical issues and provide real-time engineering solutions. 2. Engineering & Design Coordination Review and interpret structural and civil engineering drawings, calculations, and IFC documents Coordinate with design consultants for offshore structures, marine foundations, and heavy civil works Ensure constructability of designs and propose value engineering solutions where required. Validate temporary works designs. 3. Project Planning & Interface Management Support construction sequencing and methodology development for offshore works. Interface with marine, geotechnical, MEP, and dredging teams. Ensure integration of offshore logistics, barge operations, and material handling plans. Participate in look-ahead planning and progress monitoring. 4. Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with international standards. Enforce HSE standards in marine/offshore construction environments. Lead inspections, quality checks, and material approvals. Manage NCRs, technical deviations, and corrective actions. 5. Leadership & Coordination Lead a team of civil engineers, site engineers, and supervisors. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives. Conduct technical meetings and progress reviews. Mentor junior engineers and ensure knowledge transfer. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 13–15+ years of experience in civil/structural construction projects in the oil & gas industry. Minimum 5+ years in offshore construction projects. Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and solve field issues. Strong knowledge of international codes and standards.
