Description Facilitech is a leading provider of janitorial and cleaning services in the Manchester, Bedford, Nashua, and Concord, NH area and is a division of Foxfire Property Management. Facilitech quickly emerged as one of the area's premier cleaning and janitorial service providers and is responsible for cleaning and maintaining many businesses throughout New Hampshire. We are hiring a Lead cleaner to be primarily responsible for cleaning commercial buildings assigned to them on a nightly basis. The Lead will supervise a small team between two commercial sites. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Perform or assist with cleaning duties for assigned locations at the direction of management · Primary contact for clients and associates, and maintain ongoing contact with clients by performing walk-through inspections, ensuring the scope of services at each account is being performed to Facilitech's established standards · Pick up and deliver cleaning-related products and supplies to client sites, then notify the supervisor for correct billing purposes · Positively promote the Company marketing and branding · Trains and manages cleaning staff · Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure that it is in proper working order. Report needed repairs to management · Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets contract specifications and established standards · Report complaints about service and equipment to management · Take proactive corrective action to resolve immediate problems and communicate it with management · Inventory stock to ensure that supplies and equipment are available in adequate quantities · Maintain Company safety expectations · Promote and support Foxfire’s company policies and procedures · Ability to work well with a diverse group of people Additional Duties · Actively seeks out other tasks when current work is complete · Participates in ongoing education and training · Other duties as assigned Requirements Essential Behavior Requirements Customer Service: Displays a professional sense of urgency when communicating and interacting with customers, coworkers, and the public in a way that exceeds the customer’s wants and needs. Minimum Qualifications Education or Experience- A minimum of three years’ commercial cleaning experience Language Skills- Must have developed language skills to be able to: read, analyze, and interpret common signs, SDS information sheets and warnings, policies, and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with the Facilitech team and with various people at job sites. Ability to effectively communicate needs, repairs, complaints, issues, etc. with management. Mathematical Skills- Requires mathematical development sufficient to be able to: measure, dilute, and mix chemicals per manufacturer’s recommendations. Possess analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Reasoning Ability- Must have developed reasoning skills to be able to: define and solve practical problems and deal with various situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Physical Requirements · Non-slip safety shoes are recommended · Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check · Possession of a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to our insurance company if operating a company vehicle. Must be able to travel to and from work sites and/or pick up materials/supplies to perform work duties · Requires personal mobility, as well as the ability to transport supplies to various job sites, potentially throughout the state of NH · Lifting up to 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying or transporting of objects or equipment weighing up to 20 lbs. · Inside the environmental office, conditions are protected from weather conditions. Exposure to weather conditions during the transportation of workplace trash to an outside receptacle. Potential exposure to solvents, cleaning chemicals, and/or fumes.
