Responsibilities Perform janitorial tasks in entryways, corridors, elevators and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, floors, and commodes, replenishing lavatory supplies as needed. Remove trash, empty wastebaskets. Use cleaning solutions safely, adhering to all safety precautions. Report equipment or cleaning product needs and malfunctions to supervisors. Follow infection control and handwashing procedures to maintain a sanitary environment. Ensure customer service and cleaning standards are consistently met. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial setting is preferred. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Willingness to perform routine tasks consistently. Must complete all responsibilities without supervision after training. Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts. Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours daily. Must be able to lift/carry and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds. Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
