Description Shift: Monday-Friday 5:30am-1:30pm and rotating Saturdays 6:00am-10:00am Community Medical Services (CMS) is hiring a Lead Client Services Coordinator. Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Lead Client Services Coordinator is responsible for front office operations and excellent customer service to clients, under the supervision of the Clinic Manager. Responsible for serving as subject matter expert for CSC duties, assisting with training new CSCs, coordinating intakes, medical appointments and managing patient accounts. Participation and contributing ideas and identified concerns in weekly staffing. Point of contact for CM and Supervisor in regard to daily flow of the front Desk. Coordination of Intakes and Readmits Assisting in setting up and implementing new processes. Organizing and scheduling CSC weekly huddle. Participation in all clinic huddles with leadership team. Point of contact for all transfers in and out of clinic. Tracking overdue balances and reporting back to CM. Tracking and scheduling overdue medical appointments Requirements Education, Certification, and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required 1+ years of experience in customer service is required 1+ years of front desk experience, preferably at hospital front desk or multi-physician practice is required Hospital front desk or multi-physician front desk experience preferred Motor Vehicle Valid state-issued driver’s license and MVR clearance is required; a 39-month MVR is required for any applicant at the time of the interview. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively between all organizational levels and with outside providers Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance Bilingual preferred but not required Intermediate computer knowledge, including ability to navigate in electronic health records. General knowledge and aptitude for working independently with adults of mixed ethnic groups Culturally competent and sensitive to client and employee needs Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail Problem solving, conflict resolution, time management, and strong customer service skills Strong team player comfortable working in a fast-paced setting Ability to maintain confidentiality to ensure compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR, Part 2 Flexible with the ability to work in a continuously changing environment Tools and Equipment: The ability to use a phone, computer, printer, and copier is required. Frequent use of Microsoft office products, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to use the internet and various web browser software is required. Frequent use of electronic health record to document patient encounters.
