INTRODUCTION

We’re looking for an analytical, independent, and enthusiastic person to join our team in Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Victoria, Montreal, or Toronto! The Lead – Client Success will perform a variety of department tasks to support, strategize and cultivate client relationships and campaigns. Reporting to the Supervisor – Client Success and working closely with LoKnow’s Solutions & Sales and Audience & Optimization teams, this individual will be required to develop campaign strategies and insights, prepare and manage client-facing communications, and maintain client relationships. This role will manage key accounts alongside the Senior Manager - Client Success. As a Lead, you will also provide on-going support for Client Success Coordinators.

QUALIFICATIONS

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications, but for the right candidate, we are willing to create a development plan to help you bridge between your existing and required skills.

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of client success or account management experience, ideally within a digital advertising or media agency
  • Understanding of digital media channels and platforms (e.g. DV360, Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Proficiency with CRM, reporting dashboards, and project management tools (e.g. Salesforce, Asana, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into thoughtful conversations with clients leading to strategic actions

Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Manager – Client Success in managing existing key client relationships, addressing client needs in a timely and professional manner as one of the main points of contact
  • Provides high quality customer service to key clients to support a positive client experience
  • Provides client-facing documents, deliverables, and campaign needs within set timelines
  • Meets independently with clients to present LoKnow services, campaign strategies, post-campaign reports, and address ongoing campaign updates
  • Works with our Solutions & Sales and Audience & Optimization teams in the development and execution of client campaign strategies
  • Develops and communicates campaign strategies (objectives, budgets, scope, media etc.) with team members and clients to provide insight and achieve client goals
  • Analyzes and monitors campaign performance with internal departments for reporting and offers ongoing recommendations to the client, implementing changes as requested
  • Utilizes Salesforce to maintain accurate client and campaign records for invoicing and CRM purposes
  • Utilizes Asana to ensure accurate task assignment and completion
  • Mentors and assists in training Client Success Coordinators
  • Other duties as required
