As a Lead Dental Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing clinical operations, mentoring and training dental assistants, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education. Duties/Responsibilities: Patient Care: Assist pediatric dentists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Sterilization & Infection Control: Oversee sterilization processes and maintain compliance with infection control protocols. Inventory Management: Manage clinical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning. Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff, promoting continuous learning and professional growth. Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, patient communications, and maintaining accurate patient records. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications: Certification from an accredited dental assisting program. Radiology certification as per state requirements. At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred.
