QualDerm Partners is excited to announce an opening for a Lead, Clinical (HKY) at our facility. The Lead, Clinical plays a crucial role in ensuring that our clinic operates efficiently and delivers exceptional patient care. As a leader in our clinical team, you will coordinate operations, mentor staff, and enhance patient experiences while upholding our commitment to excellence in skin health and aesthetics. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary superuser for EMA ModMed, guiding the clinical team in best practices and system usage. Mentor and support medical assistants with on-the-job training, fostering their professional development and adhering to clinical protocols. Oversee patient flow management by reallocating staff as required, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery. Coordinate closely with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth operational workflows and patient interactions. Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies, ensuring adequate stock and proper organization within the clinic. Assist the Practice Manager in resolving patient complaints and operational issues through effective communication and teamwork. Ensure a clean and orderly clinical environment by enforcing infection control standards and assisting with housekeeping duties. Provide direct patient care, including assisting with examinations, preparing surgical trays, and managing specimens. Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations. High School diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assistant program preferred. 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a dermatology or aesthetics practice. Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is advantageous. Strong leadership and team coordination skills with effective communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical terminology.
