We appreciate your attention to this matter and your commitment to fulfilling this requirement promptly Job Overview Continued- The successful candidate will be interested and knowledgeable about working with children, young people and family systems, working through a trauma informed lens to understand the difficulties being experienced and how best to support the young person/family to alleviate their distress. The lead role involved supervising the practice of assistant psychologists in the team as well as providing support, training, formulation, reflective space and where appropriate leadership with the wider clinical team.
