BASE QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, with a proven track record of leadership.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including networking and security best practices.
• Proficient in DevOps tools and methodologies, including CI/CD, automation, and configuration management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in building and developing high-performing teams from scratch.
• Deep understanding of security frameworks, identity access management, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to create innovative, scalable solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts also for non-technical stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer (f/m/d) to lay the foundation and develop a cloud infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud environments to ensure they are secure, scalable, and efficient. You will also develop and optimize DevOps processes and oversee our network infrastructure.
