The Opportunity
As a Lead Cloud Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for driving the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications, mentoring a skilled development team, and ensuring delivery of high-quality software using Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based web applications and Windows services
  • Mentor and guide developers, fostering best practices and technical excellence
  • Collaborate with QA to ensure efficient testing and smooth release cycles
  • Conduct performance testing, debugging, and optimization
  • Manage and actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Stay up to date with emerging Azure technologies and recommend innovative solutions
  • Maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of full-stack development experience (C#.NET, React JS or Angular JS)
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services (Functions, App Service, REST API, OAuth, SQL, NoSQL)
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, ARM or Bicep
  • Proficiency in Git and .NET frameworks
  • Proven track record of developing and troubleshooting web, API, and Windows applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with GraphQL
  • Interest or experience in AI/ML
  • Familiarity with Databricks and Azure Service Fabric
