Your impact
The role of the Lead Cloud Application Engineer is an individual contributor in the Production Services team to maintain, finetune, and optimize application deployment and usage based on efficient monitoring. You will focus on supporting applications and infrastructure for OpenText platforms. You will ensure that application solutions are consistent with the overall architecture. The Lead Application Engineer will have the accountability for technical alignment, health and capability of the production and non-production environments. You will be running maintenance tasks such as upgrades, providing technical support, and troubleshooting application-related issues. You have eyes to details to identify practices that can be improved, and you are a team player to works within the team and collaborates with other teams. You will work closely with software development, customer support, and infrastructure teams, and you will provide 2nd level support when needed.
