We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will work on a team that manages our hypervisors, virtual machines, Microsoft Exchange environment, and the applications that run on them. We maintain the servers and are responsible for all maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting when something fails. An ideal candidates have 5+ years of Windows Server experience, experience running an enterprise Exchange environment, a background working with mail servers, and experience with IIS. On-call rotation will be required for 24x7x365 support of production environments.

• Managing an infrastructure of Windows Hyper-V based hypervisors and Windows Server VMs and Microsoft Exchange environments
• Troubleshooting SMTP, TLS, and various email server issues.
• Working with F5 load balancers to ensure mail flow is evenly weighted between the servers.
• Assisting our Development department as they deploy new services and applications.
• Troubleshoot IIS issues reading through logs.
• Responsible for security on the systems.
• Traditional systems engineering items – updating and patching servers, user management within Active Directory, working with Microsoft Virtual Machine Manager.
