Description

TOP Soccer is looking to hire passionate and enthusiastic coaches to join our growing coaching team in the Richmond Hill Area, focusing on our Developmental Program and Active Start Programs (Coed ages U4-U13).
The primary responsibility of the Lead Coach is to lead development sessions in accordance with Club policies and Development Curriculum. This position will oversee all aspects of session operations including training, games, player development, and off-field parent communication. This position will also assist the General Manager of TOP York Region in operational planning and other development priorities. Evening and weekend work is expected.
The TOP Soccer Development Program runs from September 7 – October 26, with sessions taking place on weeknights and weekends. Our Development and Active Start program run 2x week.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working in youth soccer at the U4 to U14 age groups.
  • Experience creating technical resources and session plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical on field coaching to TOP Development programs, in line with Club curriculum and Development Plan.
  • Plan and execute all training sessions with assistance from Technical Director or General Manager
  • Work with the Technical Director and General Manager to ensure effective communication between the Club and parents.
