The Recoveries team at DWF are hiring for a Lead Collections Specialist to join their team in Leeds on a hybrid basis. Ideally we would like you to be present in the office 3 days per week, working at home for 2 days.
As a Lead Collections Specialist you will provide a high standard of service delivery, supporting colleagues in a volume, telephony based environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support colleagues in a volume telephony based Collections & Recoveries environment
  • Act as a responsible representative of the Firm and contribute, wherever possible, to the success of the business through the ongoing development of client relationships
  • Work efficiently using the Case Management System working to fee targets and balancing regulatory requirements and commercial results
  • Ensure the team adhere to relevant compliance policies
  • Own a case load of more complex work within collections
  • Support supervision/administration, including but not limited to team rotas, holidays and utilisation of resources.
