What We Offer / Benefits: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid holidays • Paid vacation and sick time • 401(k) with company match • Company vehicle, phone, and uniforms • Highly competitive pay and incentives • Growth and advancement opportunities • Paid training and continuing education • Tool program • Employee success celebrations • Drug-free workplace Position: Lead Commercial HVAC Installer Work Hours: 6:00 AM start time, one-hour lunch, overtime as needed What You Will Be Doing: • Lead and oversee commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish • Direct and mentor install crew members on job sites • Install commercial heating and air conditioning systems • Install gas piping and refrigeration piping • Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards • Test, balance, and commission systems • Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades • Ensure compliance with all applicable mechanical, electrical, and safety codes • Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate progress/issues Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred • Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred • Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record • Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, ductwork, and installation • Proficient with refrigerant systems, gas systems, and electrical components • Solid understanding of low-voltage HVAC systems • High level of safety awareness and jobsite leadership • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and make sound field decisions • Strong communication skills with team members and customers • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications • Knowledge and application of all relevant codes and regulations Candidates must pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
