Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Claim Management - Preparation of monthly incentive schemes along with RSMs, Check eligibility and process claims as per achievements of targets.Share schemes to Market, Digital team, Zonal office and accounts.Work with Zonal and Marketing accounts to settle claims.Handling settlement of Govt incentive on time.Vendor code creation sales incentive disbursement.Collection of unconditional NDC from dealers.Conduct dealer audit as per standard checklist and report findings.Seek clarifications from the concerned on the open points and ensure updation/closure by concerned in the portal.Ensure statutory compliance for commercial discipline at AO level.Order placement in SAP basis Business plan and Stock.Prepare and Share MIS with ASMs/ RSMs for billing, collection towards LFADs, clearance of outstanding.Ensure Bank Guarantee renewal for specific dealers in time.Create receipts in system against TA/ RTGS/ payments etc.Respond to dealer for account, sales and commercial queries.Follow up with DMS, DCM, GST team to address dealer concerns.
