We are looking for an experienced Lead Commercial Truck Technician to join us and become part of our Arrow family at our Kamloops B.C. division.

Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diesel engine diagnostics to identify and resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
- Provide routine maintenance on tractors, trailers, and mobile equipment such as forklifts and loaders.
- Check all equipment for proper performance and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
- Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Perform mechanical repairs on equipment in the shop and handle road calls as required.
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repairs required.
- Perform incidental welding repairs on equipment.
- Operate automotive servicing equipment, e.g., A/C recycler, etc.
- Communicate with vendors and repair shops to facilitate service and repairs.
- Order parts as needed to complete repairs efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Communicate with warranty departments regarding ongoing and completed repairs.
- Organize and prepare warranty parts for return in compliance with warranty policies.
- Make recommendations for system improvements to the Shop Foreman and Division Manager based on diagnostic findings and repair trends.
- Train other mechanics, including but not limited to diesel engine diagnostics and other advanced repair techniques.
- Participate in ongoing training and certifications as needed to maintain expertise in diesel engines and modern repair technologies.
- Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology and repair techniques
