We are seeking an experienced Lead Communication Specialist to join our team.
At EPAM, communication is at the heart of how we shape our culture, foster connections, and empower employees. As the Lead Communication Specialist for the Americas, you will play a vital role in designing and executing strategies that build trust, enhance engagement, and unite teams across the region. This role involves close collaboration with senior leaders and global teams to ensure communications are impactful and resonate with the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement roles
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience managing teams or leading communication initiatives
  • Proven ability to create and implement internal communication strategies aligned with business goals
  • Experience crafting leadership communication, including messaging for C-suite executives
  • Skilled in developing editorial calendars, messaging frameworks, and communication roadmaps
  • Expertise in using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives
  • Ability to simplify and present complex business information in an engaging and accessible way
  • Experience working with senior leaders to deliver consistent and impactful internal messaging
  • Proven ability to collaborate with creative teams, including designers, video producers, and UX writers, to produce engaging content
  • Experience organizing and managing internal events such as town halls, onboarding sessions, off-sites, or employee recognition initiatives
  • Knowledge of engagement strategies for hybrid and virtual environments, including follow-up communications after events
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement in communication practices
  • Culturally sensitive and inclusive approach to communication planning and execution
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to craft authentic messages that foster trust and strengthen team connections
  • Manage and oversee cross-functional communication projects and rollouts across multiple regions
  • Design long-term communication plans, including frameworks for messaging and strategies for crisis communication
  • Ensure all communication materials uphold high standards of storytelling, design, and editorial quality
