WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Bachelor’s Degree Req
  • 4-6 years experience in Compliance, Public Affairs, Business Administration, Law, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). Required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Navex compliance tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
  • Strong personal skills to build meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • A strong commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with company policies and legal standards. (High proficiency)
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to build positive relationships across departments. (High proficiency)
  • Ability to navigate changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. (High proficiency)

    Physical and Environmental Requirements
