Your tasks:

• Planning, implementation and management of complex qualification and compliance projects in the pharmaceutical sector, taking into account all relevant regulations and GMP guidelines.
• Development of qualification and validation strategies for complex new construction and renovation projects with a focus on aseptic manufacturing
• Planning, implementation and management of projects for product validation, technology transfer, technical optimizations and product transfer
• Professional and disciplinary management of staff and further development of departmental standards
• Leading interdisciplinary project teams while adhering to quality, costs and deadlines.
• Consulting for our clients in the context of investment and optimization projects, with the aim of ensuring GMP compliance
• Development of change control, deviation and CAPA management concepts and management of projects for implementation at the customer's site.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in natural sciences, engineering or pharmaceuticals
• Experience in aseptic manufacturing with production facilities, cleanrooms and cleanrooms
• Knowledge of the applicable regulations and current GMP guidelines in the pharmaceutical environment
• Experience in qualification and validation in an aseptic environment is an advantage.
• Confident handling of quality systems such as deviations, change controls and CAPA
• Enjoyment of leading staff and project teams
• Communicative, independent, structured and team-oriented work style
• Very good German and English
• Willingness to travel
