Description Rosemark at Mayfair Park, one of Denver’s premiere senior living communities, is seeking an organized and friendly lead concierge for our front desk. The lead concierge plans, organizes, and supervises all concierge operations and staff. You will also be responsible for answering the phone, greeting visitors and residents, and ensuring their questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person. Benefits: 3 weeks of paid time off a year Medical insurance including vision and dental 100% employer paid life and long-term disability insurance Accident and short-term disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Sunny Day emergency savings account with employer match Duties and Responsibilities: Directs the community concierge function and staff, including assisting with hiring, training, and evaluating performance Greets all visitors entering the facility in a courteous, warm, and professional manner Promotes positive image of the community and serves as an ambassador to all visitors Receives all incoming phone calls and directs to the proper resident or staff Receives all mail for the community and residents; sorts and delivers to the appropriate mail location Routinely perform basic typing, filing, and clerical work as requested. Maintains community resident’s rosters and other community information Qualifications: Customer service experience preferred Basic computer skills, preferably with Microsoft windows Excellent verbal and written communication skills Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed Pay: $20.50 to $21.50 an hour, based on experience
