We’re looking for a professional, service-oriented Lead Concierge to oversee our concierge team at a luxury residential building in Boston. Position Details * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM * Pay Range: $24–$27/hour (based on experience) Benefits * Health Insurance (eligible on first day) * Company-paid Dental Insurance (eligible on first day) * Vision Insurance * Life and AD&D Insurance (company paid) * Voluntary Life and AD&D options * 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with company match * Competitive Paid Time Off package * 11 Paid Holidays * Employee Assistance Program (available 24/7 for employees and family) * Employee Referral Bonus Program * Mobile phone compensation What You’ll Do * Lead, train, and motivate the concierge team to deliver five-star service * Coordinate team schedules, approve timecards, and ensure proper coverage * Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth * Manage incoming packages and deliveries using concierge software (Yardi preferred) * Oversee vendor access and property security protocols * Maintain clear communication with property management and residents * Step in for coverage as needed and assist with emergencies or special events What You Bring * Prior concierge and supervisory experience required (luxury or residential preferred) * Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs * Calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure situations * Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude
