GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION As a Lead Carpenter with KH Properties, you will: * Perform a wide range of construction tasks including demolition, layout, rough framing, drywall, finish carpentry, interior renovations, exterior improvements, concrete work, grading, drainage, and additional duties as assigned. We do a little bit of everything. * Safely operate hand tools, power tools, saws, measurement tools, and other equipment. * Apply your carpentry skills to produce high-quality, code-compliant work that aligns with KH’s standards. * Maintain a safe, organized, and clean job site; care for company tools and equipment. * Support other crews or projects as needed based on company priorities and seasonal workload. * Bring a positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and desire to contribute to a team environment. * Use your craftsmanship to make a real impact on the quality of our communities and the lives of our residents.
