Job Description Lead the full construction lifecycle —site development, structural build, MEP installation, integration, testing, and commissioning. Drive readiness for key milestones including Energization, Mechanical Completion, IST (Integrated Systems Testing), FAT/SAT, and handover to Operations (FM/DC Ops). Manage construction methodologies tailored to high‑availability environments (Tier II–IV). Oversee installation and quality of all mission‑critical systems Supervise contractors and trades working near operating infrastructure while minimizing downtime risk. Implement strict change control, access controls, and Method of Procedure (MOP/SOP/EOP) processes. Conduct daily QA/QC reviews, safety audits, and risk assessments. Act as the primary contact between construction partners, design consultants, data center engineering, and internal leadership. Support design review cycles and ensure construction aligns with owner project requirements (OPR) and Basis of Design (BoD). Prepare executive‑level updates covering risks, schedule, budget variance, and commissioning progress. Develop and manage budgets for large‑scale, multi‑phase data center builds. Evaluate cost impacts for design changes, supply chain constraints, and equipment lead times. Drive value engineering without compromising reliability or resiliency. Ensure compliance with international codes and standards: ASHRAE, IEEE, NFPA, ISO/IEC. Maintain construction practices aligned with hyperscale quality expectations and safety protocols. Lead root cause analysis for incidents, delays, or QA deviations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 15+ years construction management experience, with advanced manufacturing/ data center projects Strong knowledge of critical MEP systems, power distribution, and cooling technologies. Experience with commissioning processes (Cx, IST) and reliability requirements for Tier-rated data centers. Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM (Revit/Navisworks), MS Project/Primavera, and construction management software. Proven leadership in high-pressure, schedule‑driven environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on risk mitigation and operational continuity.
