Accountabilities Business Performance: Support assessment of all aspects of business performance in the functional area: create and design appropriate measures, evaluate metrics and outputs and report on business performance and trends so that IGNITE understands business performance against key indicators, risks, and actions to mitigate risks. Ensuring progress over perfection: Confident in demonstrating available data & insights (oftentimes incomplete) to make recommendations to stake holders that drive progress. Identify scalability: Drive best practice across IGNITE by understanding requirements and trends in information requests in order to develop scalable solutions (rather than one-off responses). Financial Management & Reporting Processes: Collaborate with the IGNITE finance business partner to enable the efficient execution of quarterly financial reporting cycles, including increased transparency through reporting. Cloud Funding Model Management: Oversee the operations of a cloud funding model, specifically its demand management, cost allocation, and recharge processes, ensuring accuracy of recharges and demand in alignment with business objectives. Stake holder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders such as project managers and budget owners to understand demand needs, provide insights, and maintain accurate reporting. Operational Efficiency: Collaborate in the optimization and improvements of business operational processes to ensure efficient and effective operations within IGNITE. Enabling Transformation: Collaborate with the head of Business Operations and Transformation and the wider team on transformational initiatives that improve the business operations of IGNITE. Continuous Improvement: Through data and process analysis, identify potential areas for improvement in IGNITE’s business operations. Essential Skills/Experience A degree or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience. Background and experience in business operations. Background and experience in Business Performance. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights in business language. Background and experience in maintaining financial operations. Working knowledge of BI and Portfolio Tools (e.g., PowerBI, Snowflake). Working knowledge of Analysis tools (e.g., SQL). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience of collaborating and engaging with stakeholders. Ability to demonstrate strong networking and team working skills. Desirable Skills/Experience Proven experience in life sciences, healthcare, or other related field. Knowledge of technology, data, and AI. Knowledge of data analysis and process improvement.
