We are currently seeking a Lead Consultant who will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission through strategic consultation and guidance. This position requires a passionate individual who understands the depths of Scripture engagement and has a desire to impact the global Church positively. The Lead Consultant will not only help devise and implement strategies for effective church engagement but will also work closely with various ministries to ensure the seamless integration of Scripture into their mission. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for Scripture engagement. Consult with global church leaders and ministries to enhance their outreach and engagement with Scripture. Facilitate training workshops for church staff and volunteers on effective methods for discipleship and evangelism. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create resources for promoting Bible translation and access. Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of Scripture engagement initiatives and provide feedback for improvement. Serve as a primary point of contact for external partners and stakeholders involved in Scripture initiatives. Conduct research and analysis to inform best practices in church planting and community engagement. Bachelor's degree in Theology, Ministry, or a related field; Master's preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in church leadership or consulting in a similar role. Strong understanding of Scripture engagement and church planting methodologies. Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic initiatives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively. Strong project management skills, with an ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously. A deep commitment to evangelism and discipleship within a global context.
