JOB DESCRIPTION
Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for OTL and Absence area.

YOUR ROLE
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients. Your focus will be on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management for the UK public sector.
You’ll need a deep understanding of OTL Processes, backed by practical experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud in the UK public sector. You’ll also lead client engagements, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You’ll guide projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring smooth delivery and top system performance.
