Accountabilities As a key player in a high-performing technical team, you'll be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining SAP analytics solutions across multiple landscapes and geographies. Your leadership will guide data architecture discussions, design scalable solutions, and drive the roadmap with architects and senior leaders. You'll define and drive the analytics modernization roadmap, lead a cross-functional team, evaluate emerging technologies, and ensure high availability and performance of analytics systems. Your role will also involve overseeing data quality, governance, and compliance, partnering with business and IT to align initiatives with strategic goals, championing data democratization, optimizing data models, ensuring data integrity, engaging with senior leadership, and leading communication on project collaboration. Essential Skills/Experience 12+ years of experience in enterprise analytics, with strong SAP BW/HANA expertise Proven track record in managing both support and transformation initiatives Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, and reporting tools Experience with hybrid analytics environments (on-prem + cloud) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Hands-on experience with SAC, SAP Datasphere, and cloud data platforms Experience in driving future analytics roadmap for large-scale Pharma industry Hands-on experience in developing Bex/AFO reports.
