JOB DESCRIPTION
In the role of Test Manager, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the Architecture and Test design artefacts and test automation frameworks. You will also do technical feasibility and identify smart ways of completing client’s requirement. You will guide the team technically and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. Your role
- Good understanding of overall testing services (Test Management, Functional Testing, Automation, Non-Functional Testing)
- Contributing to the development and improvement of the test process and test methodologies
- Manage a critical program where we are in a competitive engagement with other vendors
- Experience in test consulting and transformation, stakeholder management for programs including cloud and digital engagements
- Experience with stakeholder management and creating new demands for the team.
- You have experience with automated testing (TOSCA), at least 3-5 years on TOSCA including DEX set up and execution in pipeline.
