ABOUT THE ROLE As a Lead Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our delivery engine — orchestrating teams, practices, and outcomes to ensure every customer engagement lands impactfully and sustainably. You’ll bring modern delivery practices to life, shaping ways of working that suit each customer’s environment. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their vision, build trust, and ensure technical outcomes align to real business needs. From pre-sales shaping to end-to-end delivery leadership, your influence will be felt across the transformation journey. In some engagements, you’ll also apply your expertise to shape customer strategy and help guide their long-term delivery approach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Define, document, and successfully deliver medium-sized projects or major streams within complex programs. • Implement delivery practices aligned to the Versent Delivery Craft Framework. • Maintain effective oversight of delivery health, risks, and quality. • Manage delivery performance against budget and timelines. • Report on delivery health (scope, time, cost, people) and drive mitigation activities. • Support handover to internal teams for operational maintenance. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Understand customer business needs and strategic objectives. • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
