Job Title: Lead Consultant - Workplace Agentic AI Governance GCL: E Introduction to role Join us as a Lead Consultant for Workplace Agentic AI Governance & Copilot Studio Platform Engineering, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise AI agents. You will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and operating governance and engineering capabilities across M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related services. Your expertise will guide the definition of control baselines, automation of policy enforcement, and engineering of secure environments for experimentation and scaling. Collaborate with architecture, engineering, product, and compliance teams to ensure secure-by-design delivery, measurable risk reduction, and operational excellence. Accountabilities Define technology strategy, reference architecture, and roadmap for AI agent platforms. Design and own the agentic AI control library and implement automated policy enforcement. Engineer tiered environments with segregation of duties and controlled ALM pipelines. Author solution design patterns and maintain a catalog of approved components. Define identity, access, and data protection models. Govern integration and connector usage with risk-tiered approvals. Implement telemetry, observability, and reporting for platform compliance. Define CI/CD pipelines for agents and integrate security scans. Establish model and prompt governance with evaluation harnesses. Lead AI incident response and engineer resilience patterns. Maintain audit readiness and evidence management. Operationalize Responsible AI policies through controls and transparency artifacts. Build engineering playbooks and mentor teams on secure design and governance operations. Essential Skills/Experience Enterprise AI/Automation Governance Engineering: Hands-on implementation of governance for low-code/no-code (Power Platform, Copilot Studio), including environment strategy, DLP, and policy enforcement. Microsoft Copilot Ecosystem Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio configuration, plugins, data grounding, tenant settings, and feature enablement; experience with Graph API, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 admin controls. Power Platform Administration and Development: Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, solution packaging, ALM pipelines, Power Platform CLI, environment provisioning, and DLP policies. Identity, Security, and Data Controls: Practical application of Entra ID (app registrations, consent, Conditional Access), RBAC, managed identities, secrets management (Key Vault), Purview data governance/classification, sensitivity labels, and Defender integrations. Architecture and Patterns: Ability to produce reference architectures, threat models, and design patterns for agentic AI (prompt governance, grounding, connector risk management, human oversight). Risk and Compliance Operations: Working knowledge of AI risk scenarios, privacy (PII/PHI), data classification, and cybersecurity; experience implementing control testing, telemetry, and reporting for audits. Stakeholder and Supplier Management: Experience collaborating with architecture, product, engineering, security, and compliance; managing third-party suppliers and connectors with contractual and technical controls. Global Operations and Communication: Proven delivery across multi-time zone environments; ability to translate complex technical topics into stakeholder-specific language. Experience Level 12+ years in technology architecture/engineering/governance, with deep hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Power Platform, and agentic AI platforms. Desirable Skills/Experience Governance Boards and Component Catalogs: Running technical review boards, maintaining reusable component catalogs, SBOMs, and dependency governance. Responsible AI Standards: Familiarity with industry RAI frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC AI standards, Microsoft Responsible AI recommendations) and their technical operationalization. Testing and Evaluation: Experience with red-teaming LLMs, synthetic test generation, adversarial prompt testing, and evaluation metrics (accuracy, safety, usefulness). Platform Feature Integration: Track record enabling new Copilot/Copilot Studio features, agent builder capabilities, and managing technical risk, rollouts, and deprecations. DevSecOps for AI: Experience integrating security testing, policy-as-code, and observability into pipelines for agent solutions; infra-as-code for platform configurations. Documentation and Enablement: Excellent user documentation, playbooks, and facilitation for engineering teams; strong customer orientation and cross-cultural collaboration.
