QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of improving and driving efficiencies in organizations
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt Preferred, minimum Yellow Belt required)
• Experience in systems and data (i.e. ServiceNow, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, etc.)
• Experience in AI tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot
• Deep skills in designing, analyzing, and developing solutions and tools to improve performance in organizations.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
The hiring range for this position in California is $126,400.00-$169,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered
