Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Control Management Officer within Global Operations to support the COO Data Domain. This senior Individual contributor is responsible for providing risk management and Control management support for the COO Data Domain and its applicable service model.

In this role, you will:

  • Strategic Collaboration - Collaborate and consult with members of the COO Data Domain team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Leadership Advisory - Advise senior leadership on developing or influencing data management strategies, analytical approaches, and advanced data visualization to address complex business and technical challenges.
  • Program Execution - Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute diverse programs, services, and initiatives across the organization.
  • Complex Problem Solving - Conduct assessments using data and creative methodologies to solve complex issues, and develop actionable solutions or recommendations.
  • Decision Facilitation - Make informed decisions in multifaceted scenarios by leveraging deep understanding of business functions or products, facilitating resolution, and supporting implementation of solutions.
  • Team Development - Partner with senior team members to drive organizational change and mentor team members with varied skillsets and backgrounds.

Job Expectations:
