Description The CORE of our success begins with you! Join us as Apple Canyon Lake continues to serve excellent food year round at our ACL Golf Course. We are currently looking for a Lead Cook who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant & bar environment. Job duties include but are not limited to: modifying the menu to suit customer interests, preparing food in a timely manner, following instructions relating to the order, organizing workstations, assisting other cooks, and other duties as needed. This is a team environment, and Cooks generally work closely with one or more other cooks, a wait staff and a bar staff. This is a full time positions and includes participation in our employee benefit plan with medical, dental, 401k and others. Responsibilities
