Job Description Leads the cooking Team in the preparation and execution of daily specials. Follows recipes and complies with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures, and Department of Health regulations Washes and cleans all utensils, preparation equipment and counters required for production Performs other duties as required or assigned Qualifications 5+ years as Sous Chef or Lead cook or Kitchen Manager. Excellent communication skills Basic math and measuring skills. Job Requirements Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting. Ability to use all kitchen equipment and utensils.
