We are seeking a talented Lead Cook who can bring skill, leadership, and consistency to our kitchen.
The Lead Cook will play a critical role in our culinary operations, assisting the chef team with execution, consistency, and organization. This position requires a strong technical foundation, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury setting.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 35 years of professional cooking experience in a fine dining or upscale environment.
• Proven ability to lead and support a culinary team in a highvolume setting.
• Excellent culinary skills with strong attention to detail and plating aesthetics.
• Ability to handle pressure, stay organized, and maintain consistency under fastpaced conditions.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Culinary degree preferred, but equivalent experience accepted.

• Lead daily line operations, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen flow.
• Prepare and execute menu items to exacting standards of quality and presentation.
• Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring line cooks and prep staff.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Chef and Sous Chef to ensure standards are met.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and control waste.
