JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead to oversee operations within our culinary team. SKILLS

  • Background in banquet service, catering, or fine dining establishments is welcomed.
  • Strong supervisory skills with knowledge in team management and leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of food production techniques, menu planning, and inventory management practices.
  • Proficient in kitchen management practices including food handling, safety protocols, and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a diverse team.
  • Experience in restaurant management or hospitality settings is advantageous.
