Description Job Title: Lead Coordinator Department: Design Classification: Non-Exempt Reports to: Design & Sales Analytics Manager Supervises: No Work Location: Warehouse in Raleigh Job Summary: The Lead Coordinator will be responsible for managing and responding to inbound sales inquiries, ensuring smooth communication with prospects and clients, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. This role is crucial to maintaining efficient workflows, facilitating strong relationships, and driving business growth. Responsibilities: Contact all inbound sales leads within 30 minutes of submission to acknowledge the inquiry and initiate the sales process. Collect and input all necessary client details, including company information, project specifications, and order requirements, ensuring comprehensive data entry in our CRM system. Follow up with clients within one business day to ensure their needs are met, answer any questions, and provide further details about products and services. Maintain continuous communication as needed. Ensure that all client quotes are updated, accurate, and properly entered into the CRM. Assist with revisions as required and communicate changes to customers promptly. Re-engage cold leads that haven’t responded within 72 hours to bring them back into the pipeline. Regularly update and maintain client profiles, sales lead data, and follow-up reminders in the CRM system. Provide regular updates to management on lead status, sales activities, and client feedback. Requirements Physical demands: Sitting for long periods. Using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Repetitive movements. Education & Experience: Associate Degree or equivalent work experience with a high school diploma. Skills: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in CRM software. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. Previous experience in a sales coordination or client relationship role, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry. Fundamental understanding of design and the ability to recognize usable files. A positive, client-focused attitude and a willingness to problem-solve. Schedule: The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 5:30 pm.
