Lead Crew Member - Street Maintenance Concrete Crew Starting Salary $41,872 Join our team and contribute to a thriving community! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the role of Street Maintenance Lead Crew Member. Key Responsibilities: Perform general semi-skilled labor tasks requiring physical strength and stamina. Operate a variety of trucks and heavy equipment for street maintenance. Drive street maintenance vehicles, including dump trucks for concrete removal. Set up areas for concrete repairs, including sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. Assist with training employees on various projects. Replace and install new brick walks. Participate in emergency response, weather events, and snow removal operations. Qualifications: Ability to perform duties with only general instruction and supervision. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with coworkers, supervisors, and customers. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Must possess and maintain a valid Class B Virginia Commercial Driver’s License.
