What You’ll Do Perform advanced CT imaging procedures while ensuring efficiency and high-quality patient care. Coordinate daily department workflow, including staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution. Lead orientation, training, and competency development for new hires and students. Support recruitment efforts and provide feedback for performance evaluations. Assist with quality assurance initiatives and collaborate with leadership to optimize protocols and processes. Serve as a key resource and leader for your team in the supervisor’s absence. Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or completion of accredited CNMT program. CT Specialty Boards Completed. 3 years CT experience required. Must have obtained a performance review rating of strong/solid/good on most recent performance review to be eligible for promotion. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: ARRT certified as a CT Technologist. CPR or BLS Required.
